Email us with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We'll confirm and complete your request within 30 days.

What We Delete

When we process your deletion request, we permanently remove:

  • Account information — your email address, display name, and password hash
  • Uploaded content — photos, files, and any other content you stored in our apps
  • Usage data — analytics records associated with your account
  • Payment history — transaction records linked to your account (note: Stripe may retain financial records independently per their legal obligations)
  • Support history — email correspondence, if requested

Email us or use the in-app "Delete Account" option in Settings. All photos and account data are removed from our servers within 30 days.

Email us or use the in-app "Delete Account" option. Your photo archive and account are removed from our servers within 30 days.

Local-only

All data is stored only on your device. Deleting the app from your phone removes all data immediately and permanently.

All notes and data are stored only on your device. Deleting the app removes everything instantly. No server request needed.

What to Include in Your Request

To process your request quickly, include the following in your email:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Which app(s) you want data deleted from
  • Whether you want just your account deleted, or all associated data including support history

Timeline

    We confirm receipt

    We'll reply within 2 business days to confirm your identity and the scope of deletion.

    Data is deleted

    We complete the deletion within 30 days of your confirmed request.

  • 4
    We notify you

    You receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What We Can't Delete

Some data may be retained where required by law or legitimate business necessity:

  • Financial records — transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years per IRS requirements. Payment processors (Stripe, Apple) retain their own transaction records independently.
  • Fraud prevention — if an account was involved in fraud or abuse, minimal identifying information may be retained to prevent re-registration.
  • Legal holds — data subject to active legal proceedings or regulatory requests cannot be deleted until those matters are resolved.
